These terms govern your use of this website and the Business Tech Leadership program, operated by Business Tech Leadership LLC ("Business Tech Leadership", "we", "us"). By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.

Use of this site

You may use this site to learn about the program and submit your information through our forms. You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it or submitting false information.

Program enrollment and waitlist

Submitting a form on this site (Contact or the Interest funnel) expresses interest only. It does not guarantee a seat in any cohort and is not itself an enrollment contract — a separate agreement covers the terms of actual program participation.

Text messaging (SMS) program

Who we are. Business Tech Leadership LLC runs a CIO Mentor program for technology leaders, built on the work of Joe Topinka. If you opt in, we send text messages from +1 980-350-8424 in two categories: (1) marketing messages about special offers, discounts, cohort announcements and service updates, and (2) non-marketing messages about your call booking, such as confirmations and reminders, and program updates. You choose each category separately with its own checkbox on our forms, and you can choose one, both or neither. Consent is never a condition of submitting a form, booking a call or buying anything.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to join the text messaging program.

Message frequency and rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 4 messages per month, and more around a booked call. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Opt out and support. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 980-350-8424. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
