Business Tech Leadership LLC ("Business Tech Leadership", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site, the Interest funnel or the booking page, how we use it, how we handle text messaging (SMS) information, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you submit a form on this site (the Contact page or the Interest funnel) or book a call, we collect what you enter, typically your name, email address, mobile phone number, and optionally your role or a message. If you opt in to text messages, we also record your consent: the date and time, the page where you agreed, and the wording you agreed to. We also automatically collect standard technical information, such as your browser, device, IP address and pages visited, through the tools described below.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule and confirm calls, evaluate program applications, and send you program-related communications, such as waitlist updates and cohort details, by email and, if you opt in, by text message.

Text messaging (SMS) opt-in

We send text messages only to people who have opted in by checking a consent box on one of our forms. We ask for two separate consents, and you may agree to one, both or neither:

• Marketing text messages about special offers, discounts, cohort announcements and service updates.
• Non-marketing text messages about your call booking, appointment confirmations and reminders, and program updates.

The consent boxes are never pre-checked, and agreeing to text messages is not a condition of submitting a form, booking a call or buying anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can text STOP at any time to opt out, or text HELP for help. Our Terms of service describe the text messaging program in full.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies and similar technologies, such as pixels and local storage, to remember your preferences, keep forms and the booking page working, and understand how visitors use the site. Our funnel and booking pages are hosted on Go High Level, which sets its own cookies for those purposes. We may also use advertising and analytics tags to measure how our ads perform.

Specifically, we use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API, Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. When you visit our site, click a button, submit a form or book a call, these tools may send Meta and Google information about that action, such as the page you viewed, your IP address, your browser and a click identifier from our ad. When you complete a form or book a call, we may also send Meta the action itself and, where you've given us your contact details, those details in hashed form so the action can be matched to an account. We use this to measure and improve our advertising and to show our ads to people with similar interests. Meta and Google act under their own privacy policies. You can limit ad personalization in your Facebook and Google account settings.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.

Service providers

Our website, forms, calendar, email and text messaging run on Go High Level (GHL), which stores your information and delivers messages on our behalf. GHL and our wireless messaging providers act as service providers (subcontractors) and may use your information only to provide those services to us. Their own privacy practices govern their handling of that data.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to the people and providers who need it to run the program. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data retention

We retain the information you submit, and your text message consent records, for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, administer the program, document your consent, or as required by law.

Your rights and choices

• Text messages: text STOP to +1 980-350-8424 to unsubscribe at any time. You will get one confirmation message and then no more texts.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
• Access, update or delete your information: contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business professionals aged 18 and older and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
